Your Main Tasks Will Be:
- Telephone and e-mail service for Swedish-speaking individual clients
- Presenting Beliani products to our clients
- Chat service
- Managing the timely execution of orders and return shipments
- Handling customer service inquiries pre- and post-sale via phone, e-mail, and chat
- Reporting to the Country Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Swedish (min. C1 level)
- Communicative level of English (min. B1 level)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good cultural knowledge of a specific market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Cloud Suite
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and be a problem solver
- Nice to have: Fluency in any other Scandinavian languages
