This role is ideal if you enjoy working with high-potential businesses and helping them grow through digital marketing. You’ll manage new clients in the Benelux market, guide them through onboarding, and help them build effective Ads campaigns that deliver real results.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients adopt the platform, improve performance, and identify opportunities to scale.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new clients in the Benelux market
• Build and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
• Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to promote services
• Understand client goals and recommend tailored solutions
• Drive campaign growth through upselling and increased ad spend
• Maintain accurate customer data using CRM tools
• Handle a high volume of daily client interactions
• Set up campaigns that deliver both short-term impact and long-term performance

What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Native or C2-level Dutch and C1-level English (French is a plus)
• At least 20 months of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
• Comfortable working toward targets independently
• Experience using CRM systems and managing customer data
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows and outreach
