What will you do?
Act as the first point of contact for potential high-net-worth clients in Sweden
Engage with prospects who have shown interest and understand their financial goals
Use consultative sales techniques to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Swedish sales team
Develop deep knowledge of Swedish wealth management landscape
Sharpen your sales pitch and convert interest into managed assets
Learn the firm’s market philosophy through structured training in capital markets and sales excellence
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth client journey
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Swedish and English
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous sales experience with a strong interest in financial services
Resilient and motivated to overcome challenges and improve performance
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and goal-oriented environment
Financial experience is a plus, but full training is provided
