The Role
As a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of service through various communication channels. You will work within a collaborative, multilingual support team and receive full training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve more complex cases
Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of English (company language)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
