The Role
As a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of service through various communication channels. You will work within a collaborative, multilingual support team and receive full training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
- Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve more complex cases
- Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of English (company language)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
