DESCRIPTION
- Assist players with issues, reports, and support requests through back office channels.
- Review uploaded content and ensure it follows the required guidelines.
- Label and categorize content accurately according to internal processes.
- Focus on player satisfaction and provide a smooth, high-quality support experience.
- Share player feedback with the relevant internal teams.
- Work closely with your team to improve support processes and service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are fluent in German and have a good level of English.
- You have gaming experience and understand players’ mindset, communities, and expectations.
- You are empathetic and able to understand issues from a player’s perspective.
- You have an interest in player support, content review, labelling, or customer support.
- You are detail-oriented and motivated to help players enjoy the best possible gaming experience.
- You are available to work full-time in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
