For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Payment Services Representative with Swedish (Relocation to Bulgaria).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective solutions and support for inquiries related to money transfer operations;
• Redirect complex cases to the relevant teams or departments as needed;
• Provide timely and professional responses to clients via phone, email, and chat;
• Assess and understand customer requirements to ensure a high level of satisfaction;
• Stay informed about products, services, and procedures to offer precise information.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Swedish and English, both written and verbal;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients successfully;
• Capability to handle multiple requests simultaneously across different channels;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy;
• Prior experience in customer service or financial transactions is desirable.
