What will you do?
Headhunt and source candidates via job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
Create visibility and post job ads creatively while following company standards
Screen candidates via phone calls and match them with suitable roles
Maintain and update information in our internal CRM system according to procedures
Present candidates to clients, schedule interviews, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Build strong relationships with clients to support business growth
Maintain clear and transparent communication with team members and managers
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
Structured, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering strong results
Self-driven and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Passionate about sourcing candidates that fit client needs using various recruitment tools
Comfortable speaking with candidates on the phone and asking the right questions to identify the perfect match
Motivated by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals and KPIs
Positive mindset, solution-oriented, and eager to learn every day
Strong interest in Sales and the Recruitment industry
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
