About the job
We are a large BPO outsourcing company. As one of the largest global providers of customer experience (CX) products and solutions, we empower brands to build stronger relationships with their customers by creating meaningful connections that boost brand value. Since we are expanding rapidly, we are looking for the customer advisors who will:
- Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues
- Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures
- Be the owner of the customer query and ensure a timely resolution and response
- Build the meaningful relationship, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
- Create a fantastic customer experience that people value and we are proud of
- Be responsible for following the direction of the management and providing feedback
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
- You speak Native or proficient Finnish or Norwegian (C2) and fluent English (At least B2).
- Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to historical Athens, Greece.
