About the Role
Our client is a globally recognized international brand. As a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for their customers — handling inbound inquiries related to account management, subscriptions, and technical troubleshooting. The work is primarily phone-based with some email and chat. No sales involved.

- Native or fluent Norwegian — C1 level
- Solid English — B2 or above
