Russian Speaking Gaming Customer Service
Remote, Portugal (Lisbon)

Compensation
Option 1: €1,050 gross per month + free accommodation (private room in a shared Lisbon-area apartment, all allowances included)
Option 2: €1,237 gross per month (no accommodation included, allowances included)

Owerview

Do you have experience in gaming and enjoy helping players? Join a support team representing one of the best-known gaming companies. You will assist Russian-speaking players from our Lisbon contact center while working remotely in Portugal.

Candidates must have an EU passport OR Portuguese Residence Card.

Key Responsibilities

Support customers through email and chat in Russian, and when needed, in English
Help with account and payment questions
Fix login and registration issues
Update or restore emails, phone numbers, and other account details
Handle hacked accounts and recover characters
Answer questions about the reward program
Provide information about tokens and pre-paid game cards
Resolve payment problems and process refunds
Manage customer data with care and professionalism

Note: Fluency in Russian and English, written and spoken, is required.

Working Hours

40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour), on a rotational shift pattern, covering 24/7 operations.
