We are seeking passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our Stellantis team as Customer Service Representatives. Stellantis is a global leader in the automotive industry and as the voice of our renowned brands, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our valued customers.
Stellantis is a multinational automobile manufacturer that was created from the merger between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and the PSA Group, Stellantis designs, develops, manufactures and sells vehicles under fourteen brands, including Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati, Opel and Peugeot.
At Teleperformance, you will work in an energetic team in a modern office, where collaboration and growth are key. Whether you answer questions or give advice, you send every customer satisfied and take the customer experience to the next level.
In this role, you will:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing a wide range of topics including product information, order status, vehicle inquiries, and technical support.
- Provide accurate and timely information on our diverse portfolio of vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and available options.
- Assist customers with locating dealers, navigating our website, and understanding connected services and infotainment features.
- Investigate customer issues, conduct research using internal resources, and effectively resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Fluency (verbal and written) in Dutch and very good English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using computers and experience in CRM systems.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
