Are you fluent in Swedish and looking for an exciting opportunity to work remotely from anywhere within Greece? Join our client’s and represent some of the world’s most well-known brands!
About us
About our partner
Our partner is a global leader in CX management and contact center services, delivering customer care in over 35 languages. With a diverse team across multiple language markets, they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands.
What will you do?
- Handle calls, emails, and chats in Swedish with professionalism and care
- Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about promotions and current offers
- Address account and billing issues, upsell services, troubleshoot, and manage fraudulent orders and returns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering empathetic and professional service
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Swedish (C1/C2) with good command of English (B2+)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to multitask.
- Adaptability to shift-based work schedules.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
