Your Role:
As a Dutch-Speaking Sales Support Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive top-notch service. You will support sales operations by providing personalized assistance to Dutch-speaking customers regarding product offerings, delivery services, and queries, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Support customers with inquiries related to frozen food products, delivery schedules, and promotions.
- Assist in order placement, changes, and tracking to ensure timely deliveries.
- Offer tailored recommendations and advise customers on product choices based on their needs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction through quick problem resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective customer support.
- Stay informed about product offerings and delivery services to give clients up-to-date information.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level).
- Good command of English (B1/B2 level) for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support, ideally in food or retail, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a customer-first approach.
