Your responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for consumer requests, representing JTI, one of the world’s most esteemed companies in the tobacco industry.
- Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to provide a seamless consumer experience.
- Respond to inquiries about JTI’s products.
- Resolve issues as they arise – addressing consumers’ concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Turn every consumer into a happy consumer!
What you will bring:
- Fluency in Hungarian
- Very good use of English – both in written and spoken language
- Work experience as a consumer support/consumer care representative will be considered an asset
- Highly developed communication skills
- A genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership
- Tech savviness and learning agility
- A positive attitude
