Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: Hebrew speaking Social Media Client Advisor
Salary package: 1,478€ gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, performance bonus and meal allowance) plus free accomodation (or 1,767 € gross p/m if you choose the option without accomodation)
Working Hrs: 40 hrs per week rotational between Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 22:00.
Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment. We are looking for fluent German speakers who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and can either be done remote from your home office in Portugal or from their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. This sea-side city has lots to offer from the beautiful old parts to new and modern architecture. If you like the sun and the sea then this city has lots to offer you!
The role
The role itself will be for a leading global Social Media company, where you will be dealing with online marketing and advertising campaigns for SMBs. Providing pre- and post- sale advice and support via phone, email and live chat to help them grow their business will be part of your responsibility. Your tasked to improve your client's online advertisement experience by solving issues in a timely manner, reporting bugs, guiding the users on the platform and helping them to use its tools and features in the correct way. You will be also first point of contact in regards to payment and billing issues.
