What will you do?

Provide exceptional customer support via chat and email in Greek
Deliver a high-quality customer experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally
Investigate customer concerns and identify the best possible solutions
Resolve product and service issues while ensuring customer satisfaction from first contact
Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary
Promote responsible gaming and ensure compliance with company policies and licensing requirements
Stay up to date with internal processes, procedures, and regulations
Contribute to team success by achieving performance targets and maintaining high service standards
Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programs
Build positive customer relationships by going the extra mile in every interaction
