What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions, suggesting, and adding information about all services to meet the customer's needs.
- Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
- Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
- Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications
