Your Role:

Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email, ensuring top service quality

Assist customers with reservation requests and guide them through the booking process

What We’re Looking For:

German (C1 level) – fluent communication

English (B2 level) – confident working proficiency

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good MS Office skills and ability to quickly learn new systems

Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable multitasking
