Our client is a Norwegian travel company headquartered in Tromsø. The company operates coastal cruises along the Norwegian coast and has additional operations in Antarctica and Svalbard. As one of Norway’s most iconic brands, they are a popular attraction for both Norwegian and international travelers.
What will you do?
Provide consultative sales and service through all communication channels
Identify customer needs and respond professionally and promptly
Maximize conversion opportunities through inbound and outbound contact
Enter and update customer information according to procedures
Follow up on customer interactions and escalate issues when needed
Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
Be available for emergency support and training when required
Work in shifts Monday–Friday (09:00–19:00) and occasional Saturdays (09:00–15:00)
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
Secondary education completed
Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry
Experience in phone-based inbound and outbound sales
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Native-level fluency in a Nordic language and strong English skills (written and verbal)
Embody our clients' core values and proactive sales culture
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized
