What will you do?
Conduct consultative sales conversations with inbound travelers
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored voyage solutions
Build strong relationships and create value through personalized guidance
Handle bookings from first contact to final confirmation
Proactively follow up on leads and maximize conversion rates
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Develop in-depth knowledge of destinations, products, and systems
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive team performance
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
Secondary education completed
Previous experience in customer service, sales or the travel industry
Experience in phone-based inbound or outbound sales
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Native-level fluency in a Nordic language and strong English skills (written and verbal)

Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
