DESCRIPTION
- Identify, enrich, and prioritize outbound target lists focusing on high-potential Nordic accounts
- Execute targeted outbound sales strategies in collaboration with sales leadership
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media to decision-makers
- Perform in-depth discovery and qualification calls to understand client needs and advertising goals
- Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to senior stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal
- Negotiate terms and close new business while ensuring a smooth handover
- Act as the main point of contact during the first 90 days after closing
- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization insights
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver effective advertising solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not a must)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, combining business development and account executive or account management responsibilities
- C1 level of Norwegian and advanced level of English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce, and social media ecosystems
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
