Swedish Travel Sales Development Representative

Are you a results-oriented "hunter" who thrives on opening doors and creating new business opportunities? We are looking for an ambitious Meeting Booker / SDR to join our commercial team.

About the Role

In this key role, you will be responsible for driving our continued growth by creating high-quality sales opportunities. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, representing a solution that offers centralized booking, cost control, and superior service.

Your primary responsibilities include:
  •     Proactive Outreach: Reaching out to potential B2B clients via phone and email to generate new leads.
  •     Qualification: Identifying customer needs and qualifying leads to ensure they match our target profile.
  •     Pipeline Generation: Creating interest in our solutions and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team.
  •     Collaboration: Working closely with sales and marketing teams toward clear targets and KPIs.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you are confident, communicative, and comfortable spending your day on the phone. You have a strong performance mindset and believe that ownership and results matter.

Requirements:

  •     Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, Meeting Booker, or in B2B sales.
  •     Track Record: Proven history of successfully booking meetings and driving sales pipeline.
  •     Mentality: You are a "hunter" with experience in outbound sales.
  •     Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
