REQUIREMENTS
What will you do?
Provide outstanding customer service and technical support via phone and email
Assist customers and installers with troubleshooting and technical issues
Deliver clear and effective solutions through strong communication and analytical skills
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Maintain high standards of quality in all customer interactions
Manage and resolve inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Perform administrative and support-related tasks when required
Candidate profile
Fluent in Swedish and English, with German at B2/C1 level
Previous experience in customer service or technical support
Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting abilities
Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Problem-solving mindset with a service-oriented attitude
Team player with the ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
