DESCRIPTION
- Manage and own a pipeline of warm inbound leads, guiding customers from initial contact through to completed funding
- Conduct discovery calls with business owners to understand their operations, funding goals, and return-on-investment expectations
- Present and explain funding offers clearly while positioning the solution effectively and addressing potential objections
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to build relationships and maintain deal momentum
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Partnerships, Risk, and Operations to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Work toward individual and team sales targets with clearly defined KPIs across the sales funnel
- Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically in all customer interactions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the sales team when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English, Czech and Slovak, both written and spoken
- German language skills are considered an advantage
- Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with a structured approach to sales
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
