Adecco HR is recruiting for the position of ERP Sales for one of its prestigious clients.
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about driving sales, building effective relationships, and capturing growth opportunities. With a focus on consultative sales for digital solutions, you will have the chance to work with diverse segments and deliver our service portfolio strategically in the market. Your ability to understand client requirements and transform them into coherent sales plans will be crucial to the client's success.
Responsabilities:
▶ Build effective relationships with key decision-makers to drive successful sales outcomes
▶ Develop and implement sales plans that align with our market objectives and service offerings
▶ Manage and strengthen the loyalty of assigned client portfolios, ensuring revenue maintenance
▶ Plan and execute marketing initiatives alongside the marketing department
▶ Conduct thorough sales analysis to identify opportunities and support decision-making efforts
REQUIREMENTS
???? Five years of experience in consultative digital solutions sales with strong commercial acumen
???? Proven experience in selling ERP solutions across various domains such as finance, logistics, etc
???? Strategic thinking with excellent negotiation and organizational skills to support sales management
???? Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, ensuring meticulous follow-up on sales activities
???? Highly persuasive with a strong focus on building personal connections to achieve sales goals
