Job Description
Enjoy creating long-lasting memories with your team and family guests in our beautiful resort settings! As a Crèche Assistant, you will be part of an international childcare team with colleagues from the UK, Greece, Germany, USA, and France. Working with Worldwide Kids, you’ll play a key role in making a child’s holiday unforgettable by delivering safe, exciting, and unique experiences. Our engaging and varied activity programmes include cognitive, creative, and physical activities, making full use of the resort's amazing facilities. We’re looking for passionate, flexible, and committed individuals who understand that safety is the top priority, while also being enthusiastic team players. Responsibilities
- Maintain health & safety standards and follow policies & procedures
- Ensure the smooth operation of childcare services at the resort
- Assist and occasionally deputise for the Crèche Supervisor
- Contribute exciting activities and ideas to the weekly programme
- Create a welcoming and stimulating environment for children & families
- Attend daily briefings with the Worldwide Kids club supervisor & manager
- Liaise directly with parents/carers regarding children attending the clubs
- Represent Worldwide Kids as a visible presence within the hotel or resort
- Mentor international staff and support team members
- Step in operationally when needed (e.g. covering breaks, sickness, holidays)
- Lead a variety of children’s activities and be proactive in new promotions
- Inform the childcare supervisor of any equipment/supply shortages
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with large groups of children (4 months – 4 years)
- NVQ Level 2/3 qualified (or equivalent)
- Team player with a proactive, positive & approachable attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Greek, German, French, or Russian is an advantage
