As a Kids Club Supervisor with Worldwide Kids, you’ll spend your summer in a luxury resort, leading creative activities and supporting the childcare team to deliver safe, fun and unforgettable experiences for children aged 4–12.
About the role
As a Kids Club Supervisor, you’ll support the Childcare Manager and the team to make sure kids club operations run smoothly every day. You’ll be the “go-to” person on the ground for families, helping to create an exciting programme of activities and ensuring every child is safe, happy and engaged.
What you’ll be doing
Ensure the smooth running of the Kids Club for children aged 4–12.
Respond to enquiries from guests in a professional and timely manner.
Meet regularly with the Childcare Manager and Crèche Supervisor to deploy staff where they are most needed.
Liaise directly with parents before arrival and in the resort to ensure a smooth transition into the club.
Act as the face of Worldwide Kids within the resort.
Ensure all on-site health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments are in place, operational and up to date.
Plan and develop a fun, exciting, action-packed programme of activities (creative, cognitive and physical).
Be proactive and imaginative, making use of the resort’s amazing facilities.
Lead by example in delivering activities, supporting your team and maintaining excellent service standards.
REQUIREMENTS
What we’re looking for
Essential requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children aged 4–12 years.
Endless enthusiasm and a professional, positive attitude.
Genuine passion for working with children.
Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
Strong communicator: adaptable, resourceful, patient and diplomatic.
Background in sports and/or arts.
A real team player with good interpersonal skills.
Fluent English.
EU passport or working visa for Europe.
Desirable:
Previous supervisor or management experience.
Childcare or teaching qualification.
Additional languages.
