The Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Trainer with a proven track record in the BPO industry to join a fast-paced and dynamic team based in Athens. This role is critical in ensuring the operational success of the client program by delivering engaging and effective training sessions to customer service agents and new hires. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing people, improving performance, and maintaining high quality standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training sessions in German to customer service agents.
Design and update training materials in line with client and operational requirements.
Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and tailor content accordingly.
Support with nesting and floor support to ensure smooth transition from training to operations.
Monitor and assess training effectiveness using feedback, KPIs, and performance data.
Collaborate closely with Operations Managers, Quality Analysts, and Team Leaders to align training with business goals.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of training content, delivery, and outcomes.
Stay current on client updates, system changes, and product enhancements.
Maintain accurate training records and reports for audit and quality assurance purposes.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in German and English
Previous experience as a Trainer in a BPO environment
Experience delivering training to multicultural teams in a fast-paced setting.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and digital training tools.
