Workster is looking for talented French speakers at a C1 level to join our clients dynamic customer service team, located in Greece. This is an excellent opportunity to represent some of the world’s leading companies across various industries and provide exceptional service. By joining our clients’ teams, you will have the chance to work with major brands such as Google, Facebook, and Mercedes-Benz, among others in the technology, fashion, and automotive sectors.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
  • Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Handle customer complaints, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the given deadlines
  • Collaborate with other customer experts to resolve open cases
  • Maintenance and updating of internal systems
  • Exact tasks will be discussed according to the selected work position
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native/fluent in written and spoken French (C1)
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful and stress-resistant personality that can adapt and stay calm in all situations
