About the Roles (choose one track)
Track A — Customer Service Representative
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering clear answers and a great experience.
What you’ll do
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German (and English as needed)
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
- Troubleshoot issues and follow through to resolution
- Capture notes and update customer records in our systems
- Partner with internal teams to resolve complex questions
What you bring
- Experience in a customer-facing role (contact center or service desk a plus)
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfort navigating multiple systems and documenting accurately
- Fluency in German (C1+) and English
Track B — Claims Representative
You’ll guide customers through the claims journey, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Receive, review, and document claim submissions
- Verify policy/coverage details and explain next steps clearly
- Coordinate with adjusters and internal specialists to resolve claims
- Maintain precise records and uphold confidentiality/compliance standards
- Provide proactive status updates to customers
What you bring
- Experience in claims, insurance, or healthcare administration is a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organization
- Clear, empathetic communication with a customer-first mindset
- Fluency in German (B2/C1+) and English
