DESCRIPTION
The company is now looking to employ a dynamic and positive HR Officer – German Speaking to support the Malta offices. We are looking for an energetic and dedicated team player with commercial acumen to support our HR team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for their first role in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and consistent generalist HR advice and support to our employees.
- Create and implement HR Policies and Procedures.
- Advertise vacancy job adverts using the most appropriate recruitment job platforms.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding cycle.
- Complete HR Administration: issuing offers of employment, create employment contracts, promotion letters, acknowledge resignations, arrange and hold exit interviews.
- Deliver the HR induction to new employees.
- Play an active role in the development and continuous improvement of HR services.
- Support the HR team with other HR activities, eg: benefits, CSR activities, employee survey, HR Administration etc.
- Deputise for the HR Operations Manager and HR colleagues as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in German and English.
- Previous administration experience, with experience of using MS Office suite, excel knowledge would be an advantage.
- Recruitment experience would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Maltese employment law would be an advantage, however not essential.
- University degree or an HR qualification is desirable, but not essential.
- Reliable, empathetic, high work ethic, excellent attention to detail, organised and meticulous.
- Proactive and positive with a sense of urgency and can do attitude.
- Excellent time management skills and good presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
