What you will do in this role
- Support Customer Service agents’ development through training, coaching, and quality actions
- Deliver onboarding and training for new agents and follow up on mandatory trainings
- Identify individual and team skill gaps and coordinate training plans with Team Managers and the global training team
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions using Quality Assurance tools
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
- Conduct Quality Assurance feedback and coaching sessions with agents
- Support Team Managers in achieving quality and efficiency targets
- Act as an expert in CS procedures, policies, and standard processes
- Contribute to improving training materials, tools, and operational processes
- Proactively identify business risks and communicate customer journey pain points to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS

- Are native or proficient in Finnish with advanced English
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
- Have proven experience as a Trainer and/or Quality Specialist
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Are resilient, proactive, and comfortable giving constructive feedback
- Thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments
