Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and engaging Finnish speaking Sales Development Representative to join our B2B Sales team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, managing a pipeline and proactively engaging with potential retailers through cold calling and outbound sales to introduce them to the exciting worlds of Warhammer. Being a natural communicator, you’ll build trust, handle objections with ease, and tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each business partner, ensuring they understand how partnering with us can help drive their success.
Self-motivation is essential. You need to take the initiative to drive your success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, ensuring it is in line with the trade strategy globally. Every call will be different, and your resilience and adaptability will ensure you push through, even in the face of rejection. While previous experience in sales is beneficial, your drive, determination, and enthusiasm for the role are what matter most.
