DESCRIPTION
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
- Consolidate and build the customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
- Handle customer needs and inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Language Skills: C2 level of Greek. Good level of English (oral and written).
- Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision.
- CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience, comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes.
- Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts.
- Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements.
- Personal Skills:
- Proactive and motivated.
- Team player.
- Customer-oriented.
- Greek Market Knowledge: understanding of Greek business culture. Knowledge of regional differences within Greece, recognizing the particularities of each area to tailor sales strategies.
- Familiarity with the key sectors of the Greek economy, identifying business opportunities and understanding the specific needs of each industry.
- Greek Communication: ability to communicate with Greek professionals, both in formal and informal settings, adapting the communication style to the context and the interlocutor.
- Understanding of the nuances of Greek business language, using appropriate terminology and avoiding cultural misunderstandings
- Greek Legal Knowledge: basic knowledge of Greek business regulations and data privacy laws.
