For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Sports Technology Support Specialist with Danish (Relocation).

Key Responsibilities:

Support customers by phone and email with questions about smart sports devices;
Help with orders, deliveries, and product information;
Guide users through features of smartwatches and fitness bands;
Solve technical issues and provide clear solutions;
Keep records of customer interactions accurately;
Create a positive experience and represent the brand with enthusiasm.

Requirements:

Fluency in Danish and good command of English;
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Passion for sports, fitness, or a healthy lifestyle is an advantage;
Comfortable using new technologies and devices;
Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
