For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for –Technology Support Specialist with Norwegian (Relocation to Bulgaria).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers by phone and email with questions about smart sports devices;
- Help with orders, deliveries, and product information;
- Guide users through features of smartwatches and fitness bands;
- Solve technical issues and provide clear solutions;
- Keep records of customer interactions accurately;
- Create a positive experience and represent the brand with enthusiasm.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (C1) and good command of English (B2);
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Passion for sports, fitness, or a healthy lifestyle is an advantage;
- Comfortable using new technologies and devices;
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
