Your Role
As a Customer or Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat). Your goal is to deliver excellent service with empathy and professionalism while solving issues quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues or provide product support
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Collaborate with teammates and escalate complex cases when needed

REQUIREMENTS
- Native or Proficient in Slovak Language.
- English on a communicative level.

- Flexibility in working hours and ability to work in shifts.
