As a Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will work with companies with strong growth potential in a tech-focused environment. You will onboard and engage new clients, build strong relationships, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within the customer base.
The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, in a hybrid setup in Barcelona.
The planned start date is 22.06.2026.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded candidate with strong communication skills and an interest in digital marketing.
The ideal candidate has:
C2 level Danish and C1 level English
BA/BS degree, preferably with MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications
Experience in sales and/or marketing with proven client-facing skills
Strong goal orientation and ability to work independently
Experience using CRM tools and managing customer data
Ability to use AI tools to support outreach strategies
Strong communication, presentation, and professional writing skills
A proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
Ability to identify market trends and analyse competitors
Cultural awareness of the Nordic market
Understanding of Nordic business etiquette and relevant regulations, such as GDPR
Ability to discuss more advanced ROI and integration questions related to Google Ads solutions
