Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Handle calls regarding outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications for Wmo and Wlz
- Efficient Processing: Manage written requests for updates to account information and ensure seamless direct debit processes
- Deliver Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service while maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
