We are currently looking for a skilled French-speaking Tech Support Agent to join our client's team in Porto in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

Support the clients existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
Show its software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
Identify customer needs and forward such requests to the sales department
Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for the customer

Requirements

Being local in Porto or in the process of moving there
Native French and professional English (B2) is mandatory
Previous Customer Support experience in a fast-paced environment (such as call center or similar)
University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training preferred
Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
