Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Identifying customer issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Document actions and categorize cases
- Assisting customers in using paid products
- Escalate complex cases as needed
What They Offer:
- Locally competitive, fixed base salary between €14.000-16.100,- (depending on experience in Customer Service)
- Fixed annual language bonus between €2820-3240,- (based on experience in Customer Service)
- €60,- Transport allowance a month
- €7.63 Meal allowance per working day (net)
- Relocation support: Our partner will provide you with a one-time relocation bonus of €2500 gross, approximately €1750,- net.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- C2 level minimum in German and English.
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Quick learner, empathetic, and team-oriented
- Open to working fully onsite in Lisbon
- Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
