You will be part of a dynamic, energetic and highly-skilled New Business Sales Development team. The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets.
Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for the our internal New Business Sales teams
- Company evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Company qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
- Be on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team’s needs.
- Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
- Provide weekly reporting / analysis of his/her work in a presentable format
REQUIREMENTS
- Language Skills: C2 level of Arabic and C1 level of English
- 16 months of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the UK market.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets for organizing data and creating simple reports.
- Experience identifying market patterns and understanding small business dynamics.
- Attentive to detail and strives for accuracy in tasks.
- Has used CRM systems and understands their basic functions.
- Maintains organization in fast-paced environments with occasional support.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks with moderate supervision.
- Works independently on routine tasks and seeks guidance when needed.
- Has worked with CRM tools to track customer interactions and update records.
- Familiar with AI tools and open to using them to enhance productivity.
- Motivated by team goals and contributes actively to shared objectives
- Takes initiative and maintains a positive, can-do attitude.
- Works well independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
- Understands business goals and supports decision-making with basic insights.
- Can identify potential leads using predefined criteria and available data.
- Applies logical thinking and judgment to prioritize contacts and support sales efforts.
- Middle East Market Knowledge: general understanding of the Middle East business landscape. Knowledge of market trends and key sectors.
- Familiarity with Middle East business practices and etiquette.
- Middle East Digital Knowledge:
- General knowledge of the Middle East digital marketing ecosystem.
- Understanding of digital platforms and trends in the Middle East.
- Middle EastLegal Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Middle East data privacy regulations (GDPR and local regulations).
- Understanding of relevant business laws and regulations in the Middle East.
