By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 from Bucharest or Brasov.
The position requires on-site work for the first 3-4 months, after which it will transition to a hybrid schedule.
How you will make an impact:
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes or leave of absence;
- Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;
- Some roles may require a voice/contact center component to answer questions from employees related to HR requests;
- Collect, verify, organize or update company personnel records and documentation;
- Provide input for payroll;
- Create HR documents such as reference letters;
- Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes;
- Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed.
- The role also involves voice support, including handling inbound or outbound calls with employees or stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills that make your work successful:
- Good knowledge of Polish and English, B2-C1 level;
- Previous experience in HR Administration is an advantage;
- Negotiation skills;
- Bachelor's degree or high school degree- mandatory requirement;
- Good communication skills, oriented and analytical skills;
- Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn.
