Your Next Career Opportunity

As a Customer Support Specialist with German and English, you will play a key role in assisting customers via chat and email. You will be the first point of contact, providing friendly, empathetic, and professional support.

This is a non-voice project, with communication only with chat and email.

REQUIREMENTS

What You’ll Do

Handle customer inquiries mainly via chat and email
Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system
Follow communication guidelines and internal processes
Escalate complex or sensitive cases while keeping customers informed
Work efficiently across multiple systems

Your Profile

German at native level (C1–C2) and English at least B2
Strong written communication skills
Good computer literacy and technical understanding
Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
