Understand customer needs and recommend the right unit size and services.
Explain pricing, availability, and promotions clearly and honestly.
Build rapport, answer questions, and address concerns.
Keep customer information accurate in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
Share ideas, insights, and best practices with your team, we grow together.
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication skills and a people-focused approach.
Ability to quickly build trust and understand customer needs.
Native-level proficiency in German.
Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.
Someone who enjoys helping customers rather than pushing for a sale.
