For one of our clients - a technology provider focused on customer experience, offering
outsourced sales, help, and operational solutions to large organizations, we are looking for
– Reservation Support Specialist with German and English.
Responsibilities:
*Provide excellent customer service via phone and email in accordance with company standards;
*Handle reservation inquiries and assist guests with booking processes;
*Offer accurate information about properties, amenities, and travel options;
*Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience for both guests and hosts;
*Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions;
*Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
Qualifications:
*Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (B2);
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly;
*Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities;
*Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service;
*Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to develop professionally.
