We are recruiting on behalf of our client — a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the hospitality industry through data-driven pricing and revenue optimisation solutions. Their platform enables hospitality businesses to optimise pricing strategies using real-time data, automation, and advanced analytics — helping customers increase revenue, improve occupancy, and make smarter commercial decisions.
You'll be joining an international, ambitious team based in Barcelona, where the culture is collaborative, curious, and driven by ownership and personal growth.
THE ROLE
As an SDR focused on the DACH market, you will be responsible for building pipeline and creating new business opportunities for the sales team. This is a key role in the company's expansion into German-speaking markets, engaging hospitality businesses and bringing them into the sales funnel.
DAY-TO-DAY
Proactively prospect and reach out to hospitality businesses across DACH via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
Manage your pipeline in the CRM and keep activity up to date
Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve outreach and messaging
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Native-level German and fluent English — both essential
At least 3 months of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS
Strong communication skills and confidence with cold outreach
Resilient, proactive, and motivated to grow in a high-growth environment
Any experience in or knowledge of the hotel industry is a significant advantage
WHAT'S ON OFFER
Base salary of €30,000 per year
Performance-based bonus and commission of €20,000 – €25,000 per year
Total on-target earnings of €55,000 – €65,000 per year
