Or drop into Elio, a restaurant designed to express the flavours, ingredients, energy and joyous hospitality of long and boozy meals with friends on holiday. The Apartment or L’appartamento as we say locally, is our unique meetings & events space concept, consisting of 5 rooms connecting to our communal kitchen area.

You're the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way
Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises
Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Restaurant team with any individual and group bookings
Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to xe
Help the team on the floor to keep a perfect service on the floor
