REQUIREMENTS
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Helping businesses apply for loans and guiding them through the process.
- Following up on invoices and assisting customers with payments.
- Learning about financial processes like credit assessments and underwriting.
- Collaborating with teams across departments to provide the best customer experience.
Who We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Danish & English (written & spoken).
- Motivated & eager to learn – No previous experience needed, just a drive to succeed!
- Detail-oriented & organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
- A natural communicator – You enjoy helping others and working in a team.
- High school diploma required, economic background is a plus but not mandatory.
