What you will do
As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage both inbound and outbound sales activities across different stages of the sales funnel. Your goal will be to connect with prospects, qualify opportunities, and support the transition from first contact to onboarding.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions
Reaching out to prospects via phone, email, video calls, and social media
Identifying the right decision-makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and desk research
Following sales cadences and response-time SLAs consistently
Actively managing your pipeline and moving prospects through the funnel
Recording all relevant interactions in Salesforce
Handing over qualified leads to the onboarding team
Reviewing daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics
Contributing to revenue growth through strong prospecting and consultative sales activity
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
At least 1.5 years of experience in sales, ideally within tech or advertising sales
A proven ability to identify budget opportunities and grow client investment over time
Experience with competitive selling and winning new business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and clear way
Strong time-management and self-organization skills
Confidence working independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
