DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for a portfolio of partners and developing their business to sell PC and Print products, including services and bring YoY growth
- Understand partner market and competition
- Proactively and regularly calling partners to identify potential and increase sales
- Actively search for business opportunities, pricing and guiding partner through the entire sales cycle
- Educate partners on new products and features
- Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, building a professional business relationship
- Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification.
- Ensure partners are meeting Partner Program Requirements (Technical/Sales certification, revenue threshold).
- Manage partner forecasting and partners performance by tracking tools.
- Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI
- Registration / Onboarding of IT Resellers to Partner Program
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and native Slovenian
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous sales experience, preferably B2B sales
- Positive attitude and goal orientation
- Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
- Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision
- Flexibility in prioritizing workload
