We are currently seeking a Full Stack Account Executive based in the DACH region to drive new business acquisition across mid-market clients. This opportunity offers full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS
What will you do?
Generate and qualify new leads by identifying key decision-makers within target organizations across the DACH market
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure continuous achievement of acquisition goals
Design and implement personalized outreach strategies using email, phone, social platforms, and meetings
Lead discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align the solution accordingly
Deliver tailored product demos and presentations that emphasize value and return on investment
Handle objections confidently and effectively to maintain momentum in the sales process
Lead commercial negotiations, secure stakeholder buy-in, and close new business deals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Onboarding, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to report progress and ensure transparency
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to continuously improve acquisition strategy
Requirements
Fluent in German (spoken and written), with excellent English communication skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally in SMB or mid-market environments
Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing deals in a competitive market, with average sales cycles of 1–4 months
Strong commercial instincts, autonomy, and the ability to consistently exceed quotas
Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities in various pipeline stages
Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities, with a consultative, customer-centric approach
High level of resilience, adaptability, and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results
Confident in MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies
