What you'll do
This is not your average support job — you’ll be part of the engine that helps our solar projects run smoothly.
Your mission:
Answer customer questions via email and phone (no cold calls!)
Request and organize key documents for solar panel installations
Talk with municipalities and help manage paperwork
Keep tasks moving
Support our sales and ops teams in delivering great service
You’ll learn a lot, move quickly, and have space to grow. As we scale, you’ll also have the chance to take on more responsibility and help build the team.
REQUIREMENTS
What we’re looking for
We don’t expect you to be a solar expert — we’ll teach you! What we do look for:
You speak one of these languages natively: Norwegian, Dutch, German, Portuguese or French
You’ve got 1–2 years of experience in customer service or admin
You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving environments
You're confident picking up the phone and dealing with different people
You're based in Madrid and open to hybrid work
You speak basic English to connect with our international team
Bonus points if you:
Have worked with Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar tools
Have dealt with city halls or public institutions
Know a thing or two about solar (not required)
