DESCRIPTION

Als Content Moderator Social Media ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het modereren van content op verschillende platforms, waarbij je zorgt voor een veilige en positieve online omgeving. Jij speelt een cruciale rol in het handhaven van gebruikersrichtlijnen en het waarborgen van de gebruikerservaring.

Beoordelen en modereren van gebruikersinhoud (video’s, afbeeldingen, reacties) volgens de vastgestelde richtlijnen
Identificeren en verwijderen van ongepaste of schadelijke content, waaronder aanzetten tot haat, geweld of misinformatie
Communiceren met het team over trends, uitdagingen en aanbevelingen om het moderatie proces te verbeteren
Documenteren en rapporteren van incidenten en trends met betrekking tot content moderatie
Samenwerken met het team om nieuwe moderatie processen te ontwikkelen en bestaande workflows te verbeteren

REQUIREMENTS

Nederlands niveau C1 en goede beheersing van engelse taal B2
In staat zijn om met gevoelige of schokkende inhoud om te gaan
Zorgvuldig controleren van grote hoeveelheden content
Flexibiliteit in het aanpassen aan veranderingen in richtlijnen of workflows
Bereidheid om flexibele diensten te werken (dag- en avondshifts)
