As part of an exciting international team, you’ll work with cutting-edge advertising solutions to support clients in growing their businesses and achieving measurable success. - Engage with existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email.
- Manage a mix of inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored advertising solutions.
- Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers.
- Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of clients and monitor campaign performance and success metrics.
- Identify campaign trends and act proactively to address challenges and enhance performance.
- Direct clients to appropriate specialists or support teams when additional expertise is required.
- Continuously enhance the customer experience by promoting the effective use of advertising products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native in Polish + fluent in English.
- Solid B2B Sales background with at least 1 year of experience.
- Good presentation and strong communication skills.
- Sound business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Target and goal-oriented.
- Reliability and ability to work towards objectives.
- Eager, quick learner with strong teamwork spirit.
- IT literacy skills with a high interest in technology.
- Flexibility in prioritizing workload.
- Ability to handle unique situations confidently and solve problems effectively.
